Transcript Requests
Current Students
Official Íæż½ã½ã State Community & Technical College transcripts are available through OneACCS. Current students can order, send and track transcript orders directly through the OneACCS student portal. All financial obligations must be satisfied prior to a transcript being released.
- Log into your with your student number and password.
- Select “Transcript – Order Official Request”.
- Select “Begin Order” and follow instructions on the screen.
Note: The cost for an official transcript is $5. OneACCS accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You may also pay cash in the Íæż½ã½ã State Business Office.
Former Students and Alumni
Íæż½ã½ã State uses to service alumni transcript requests. No Íæż½ã½ãState ID/email and password required. This option is for former students who have not been enrolled for 12 or more months.
Unofficial Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts can also be requested through OneACCS Banner. To make this request, select that option after selecting “Student Landing Page.”
